Join Diamondback Energy for a summer internship designed to immerse you in the core functions of Human Resources while contributing to meaningful, high-impact work. Over the course of the program, you’ll rotate through key HR disciplines, collaborate with experienced professionals, and complete a strategic project that culminates in a presentation to company leadership. In addition to professional development, interns will enjoy team-building activities such as baseball games, volunteer events, and networking with peers across the organization.

Recruiting operations and talent pipeline efforts.
HRIS expansion and optimization through data organization and integrity.

Requirements:
Required to be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program at an accredited university/college with at least one semester remaining after the completion of the internship
