**Job Summary**
Implements or performs a variety of HR administrative processes and tasks including employee record-keeping. Often handles sensitive employee and company information, which requires that they maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Create, organize, and maintain files containingthe correspondence and records of a senior colleague.Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports, and similar documents following detailed instruction. This is likely to involve using the full range of functions within standard office software.
+ Carry out a wide range of HR data processing tasks as directed; advise other colleagues and provide guidance on processes when needed.
+ Resolve complex queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on policies and/or procedures, referring the most complex issues to others.
+ Build effective working relationships within the internal client organization and contribute to the management of the partnering relationship, delivering high-quality professional services within established routines or as part of an agreed project.
+ Initiate and monitor the administration of onboarding and/or offboarding processes to ensure that all processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
+ Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensureown work is undertaken to the required standards.
+ Provide hardware, software, and end-user support for unresolved queries in line with documented procedures and service-level targets to support the business effectively.

**Education/** **Previous** **Experience**
+ Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7-12 months progressively responsible human resources experience or related experience
