What awaits you:

Coordinate the fuel system programs interfacing with product developmentInvestigate and report on potential process and product improvements in the areas of Safety, Quality and ProductivityImplement process and product improvements in the areas of Safety, Quality and ProductivityEstablish maintain process flow diagrams, workplace layouts, FMEA's and standardize work instructionsCoordinate special projectsUse project management techniques to plan and manage workInteract with the Product Development Dept. to ensure that all process engineering issues are considered in the product designApprove invoices for equipment delivered and/or work performed by outside vendorsDevelop and maintain work standardsProvide full cooperation and support Kautex Textron continuous improvement program (KBS) as requiredSupport all plans and site activities related to management systems IATF 16949 and ISO14001Other duties as required

What you'll need to succeed:

Technical education (Degree in Engineering or comparable) requiredRelevant technical knowledge preferred in Mechatronics, Robotics / Automation, Big Data, ElectronicsKnowledge in defining process equipment technologiesProduct design knowledge a plusKnowledge in Six Sigma and Quality Management ToolsMicrosoft Office product knowledge requiredCAD/Solidworks knowledge required
