Program Structure:

Participants will apply classroom lessons in a real-world setting. Summer interns will learn about Linde Inc.'s Linde Gases US business, products, processes, and functions. The participant will be given a work assignment in our operations group. Interns will also be partnered with a mentor. The scope of the internship program will allow participants to provide value to the organization by completing a well-defined, key project by the end of their internship.

Summer Internship Project Overview:

As an intern, you'll take on a variety of hands-on projects designed to sharpen your technical skills and deepen your understanding of control systems. Your tasks will include building and programming iFix computers for site deployment, designing and programming small control system modifications at a HyCO facility, and developing or enhancing engineering tools used by fellow controls engineers. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to perform routine system maintenance while working alongside experienced controls engineers, gaining invaluable industry insights and real-world experience in system optimization and innovation.

The position will be based in Deer Park, TX.
