Throughout the 9-week paid Strategy & Data Analytics internship, there will be inspiring opportunities that welcome you into the Schwab culture, immerse you into your strategy & analytics role, and teach you how to develop complex algorithms, extract insights, and help produce data science solutions to enable better decision-making. With multiple disciplines with Strategy and Data Analytics you may also have an opportunity to act as a trusted advisor to executives and business partners by providing thought partnership, strategic analysis, and data driven insights. This will be a great opportunity to work in a team setting and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across Schwab’s businesses. Opportunities across the team include research and analysis of competitive insights and strategic focus areas and support of strategic planning processes. The interactive internship program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths!

Required Qualifications
Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programHave enough credit hours to put you at a junior level status at a 4-year college or universityHave not already completed your bachelor's degreeAble and willing to relocate at your own expense if relocation is neededAble to commit to working 40 hours a week for the 9 weeks of the internship dates of June 8, 2026 - August 7, 2026Able to start full time employment during business hours between August 2026 - September 2027Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
