The Corporate Strategy team is an internal strategy group that acts as a trusted advisor to executives and business leaders by providing thought partnership, strategic analysis, and insights. The group leads several key functions for Schwab to support informed decision making, including leading key strategic initiatives for our executives, maintaining perspectives on broader industry trends and Schwab’s competitive landscape, and supporting the annual corporate strategic planning cycle. Corporate Strategy supports the Board, C-suite, and senior leaders, and is responsible for delivering thoughtful, insightful contributions across a range of high-level strategic projects.
The Corporate Strategy intern will help support key strategic initiatives and insights across a range of topics. Working both independently and in a team setting, a successful intern will gain experience performing data-driven analyses to generate insights and contribute recommendations for strategy development that will drive sustained growth for Schwab.

Required Qualifications
Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programHave enough credit hours to put you at a junior level status at a 4-year college or universityHave not already completed your bachelor's degreeAble and willing to relocate at your own expense if relocation is neededAble to commit to working 40 hours a week for the 9 weeks of the internship dates of June 8, 2026 - August 7, 2026Able to start full time employment during business hours between August 2026 - September 2027Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.Preferred Qualifications
Planned final graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027 earning a Bachelor’s degree or higher A strong desire to build and grow a career in the financial services industrySuperior communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to develop robust materials and effectively present informationPassionate about strategy and/or client experience and financial services High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity in a dynamic and fast-moving work environmentSuperior research and analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail#campus
