Throughout the 9-week paid Trust and Custody Services (TCS)internship, there will be inspiring opportunities that welcome you into the Schwab culture and immerse you into your role. The interactive program focuses on a variety of opportunities which feature a business track project, an intern cohort project, learning activities, volunteering in the community, a dedicated intern leader, networking, and exploring your unique personal strengths!

In this role, you will be part of the Trust and Custody Services (TCS)division that part ofBanking & Trust Services organization. The Banking & Trust Services organization strives to deepen client relationships and provide an excellent experience for every investor we serve. The mission of TCS is to bring together expertise and resources to help deliver the best trust and custody services for Schwab Retirement Plan Services, independent recordkeepers and investment advisors through offering a broad range of investments, technology, products and services that meet the needs of retirement plan providers and the participants they serve. You will also learn and gain knowledge on personal trust account services. This internship will teach you what it takes to successfully operate a corporate retirement plan and truly understand what it means to own your tomorrow. If you are passionate about improving processes and learning new things this is the role for you.

What you have

Required Qualifications

Be currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree programHave enough credit hours to put you at a junior level status at a 4-year college or universityHave not already completed your bachelor's degreeAble and willing to relocate at your own expense if relocation is neededAble to commit to working 40 hours a week for the 9 weeks of the internship dates of June 8, 2026 - August 7, 2026Able to start full time employment during business hours between August 2026 - September 2027Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship
