The Branch Admin teams play a crucial role in this mission by providing comprehensive onboarding, ongoing education, resources, and services, as well as mastery level and career development opportunities for branch associates. It’s the Branch Admin team’s mission to support the success of the overall advisory practice through high performing branch admin. **Job Summary** As a Project Coordinator II, this associate will contribute to over a dozen programs run by the Branch Admin teams. These teams are dedicated to helping advisory teams become more efficient and effective – ensuring that they stay up to date on key technology, applications and processes, and implement processes and best practices that help to create capacity and enrich client relationships. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Aid in participant tracking and support by managing and analyzing participant data + Aid in the team’s measurement and reporting of results by analyzing participant data to identify opportunities, report on successes, and increase program impact and reach + Assist in developing and implementing workflows and processes to continuously identify and implement efficiencies + Support program coordination and efficiency by aiding in reoccurring processes and identifying / implementing strategic enhancements + Support the team’s development, delivery and maintenance of meaningful content, communications & resources + Support the team’s marketing and engagement efforts through development of resources and communications + Support special projects that aid in positioning branch admin development programs as a valuable solution for branches nationwide, including but not limited to: marketing collateral, program analyses, executive summaries, or targeted campaigns + Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** **Knowledge of** + Data analysis + Data visualization + Project Management + Working structure, policies, mission and strategies of the organization + Adult learning concepts + Basic network infrastructure, sufficient to troubleshoot technical issues related to educational software and classroom set up + Concepts, principles and practices of the financial services industry **Skill in** + Data analysis + Data visualization + Executive presentations + Developing and documenting processes and procedures + Content and resource creation **Ability to** + Develop and document processes and procedures + Create meaningful educational tools, templates, resource guides and content + Analyze data and present results in memorable and meaningful ways + Develop compelling presentations and summaries **Licenses/Certifications** + None Required **Travel** **Travel Required:** No.
