What you will do:
Accelerated Development Program – Marketing
Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations, you will be able to build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Trane Technologies. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure your continuous learning and personal development.
Marketing ADP participants will develop a strong foundation with skills in key areas including market research and segmentation, brand development/management, customer and supplier relations, channel development/management, demand creation and forecasting, digital marketing, tradeshows and promotions and product management. ADP participants will also receive exposure to key areas including marketing technology, message development, business growth identification, sales strategy support, and research & insights. Assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development.
The Marketing ADP experience is comprised of rotations with hybrid expectations, defined as physical presence at your assigned work location required at least 3 days per week.
Our Accelerated Development Program in Marketing has these rotations:
COE/ Enterprise Marketing (12 months)
Business Unit Marketing (12 months)
COE/ Enterprise Marketing OR Product Management (6 months, optional)
Positions are available at our facilities across North America, including but not limited to: Davidson, NC or Minneapolis, MN
Work locations are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on each specific rotation as well as the needs of the business. The program can include up to two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided for rotations where the distance to the new work location is at least 50 miles.
What you will bring:
Function specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment. A successful candidate for the Accelerated Development Program will exhibit the following:
BS/BA or degree in Marketing, Business with Marketing emphasis, Business Marketing Analytics, with an overall 3.0 GPA or above, completed prior to ADP start date.
Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects.
Work experience: minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related experience.
Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances.
Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities.
Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment.
Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies.
Proven knowledge of integrated marketing principles and practices for successful delivery of a marketing strategy.
Demonstrated ability to purposefully determine a course of action from a set of alternative options to reach an objective or goal.
Remain geographically flexible both during and after completion of the program.
Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $65,000.00
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
