The Position

2026 Accelerated Development Program Associate

The Accelerated Development Program (ADP) is a two-year rotational program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations with an extensive onboarding process designed to prepare associates for success in a variety of commercial focused roles. Program participants will work closely with experienced mentors and  leaders to guide and support their continued growth throughout the duration of the program. 

ADP Associates gain practical experience through rotations across different departments and projects within the commercial organization that meet both critical business needs and the associate’s desired career goals. This opportunity brings exceptional and consistent exposure to real-life business scenarios, allowing participants to gain a greater depth and breadth of experience in a condensed time period.

The Opportunity

Accelerated readiness for Roche Diagnostics commercial division roles

“Welcome to Diagnostics”: an extensive on-boarding process designed to develop meaningful cohort relationships and prepare ADP Associates for success in a variety of roles at Roche 

Common business & personal development curriculum throughout the program

Consistent 1:1 mentorship throughout the duration of the program with Immediate exposure to senior leaders and real-life business scenarios 

Opportunities for permanent placement for successful participants at the conclusion of the program 

ADP Associates are full-time Roche employees with complete benefit packages, including comprehensive healthcare, 401K with company match, and more. 

Program start date in July 2026

Who you are

Bachelor's Degree in business or STEM related programs with a required graduation date of December 2025 or May 2026.

Desired 3.0 GPA or higher with previous work experience (internships, co-operational employment, part-time work, etc.)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without Roche visa sponsorship and possess a willingness to travel and be located anywhere throughout the United States after completion of the program (geographically mobile) 

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills: able to manage multiple priorities and projects

Ability to exercise independent judgment and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities

Student organization or athletic team leadership is a plus

The ideal candidate has an interest in science, technology, data analytics, medical diagnostics, sales, and/or marketing, with knowledge of business concepts and demonstrated soft skills

The expected salary for this position based on the primary location for this position in Indianapolis is $65,000 since the salary is fixed and not negotiable.  Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This position also qualifies for paid holiday time off benefits.
