## **About the Internship**
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience with fintech regulation, compliance operations, and product advisory in a fast-paced, global environment. You'll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to strategic projects that ensure Uber’s operations remain compliant, scalable, and innovation-friendly.
You will get the chance to work on impactful projects that involve analysing data sets, providing creative solutions and leaning into the execution. You will help support decision making within your teams through your critical thinking, strategic analysis, and data-driven approach.
**What You'll Do**
- Update and maintain regulatory trackers, reporting schedules, and compliance documentation.
- Support gap analyses and regulatory impact assessments related to new product launches and business expansion.
- Help align business strategies with local and international regulatory requirements.
- Assist in designing templates and frameworks for standardized compliance reporting.
- Participate in the analysis of legislation relevant to payments, financial crime, and digital financial services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Legal, Risk, and external consultants.
## **Basic Qualifications**
- **Education/Graduation:** Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program for the full duration of the internship _(graduation date December 2026)_
- **English proficiency:** Able to present ideas in a comprehensive, yet succinct manner
- **Available to start on September, 2025** and work 30 hours a week (business hours) for 12 months - hybrid mode (mandatory to be Tuesday & Thursday @the office in Sao Paulo city)

- Comfortable working with **documentation**, regulation summaries, and internal policy reviews
