What awaits you:
· Support the alignment, implementation, programming, teaching and optimization of automation equipment for samplings and trial runs of injection and blow molded products
· Align with internal Advanced Manufacturing standards to support the creation of feasible Statements of Work.
· Participate in equipment and tooling sign-offs
· Programming of blow molding and injection molding machines, downlines, cooling stations, welding machines, and leak testes, etc.
· Assist the establishment of work instructions to foster automation standards
· Execute troubleshooting for machine functions and automated process steps
· Support SMED activities

What you’ll need to succeed:
· Technical degree in programming or related field and minimum 2 years experience or a Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
· First work experience in an automated high volume manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
· Knowledge within the Siemens S7 programming tools
· Knowledge in robot teaching (Kuka, ABB, Fanuc)
· Familiar with blow molding and injection molding process engineering.
· Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic and electric systems
