United Christian Academy is seeking an HS JV Boys’ Basketball Coach for the Winter season and beyond. The candidate should have a worldview and vision for athletics in line with the school’s mission and vision statement. We are seeking a coach who is excited to assist in growing and building the program, is excellent at planning and organizing a season with purpose, and has a strong understanding of the sport and ability to teach and strategize with professionalism and maturity. General Description: The Assistant Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting in organizing and executing the Basketball program at United Christian Academy. He/she is responsible for coaching student athletes in competitive techniques to prepare them for events and competitions. He/she is to motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. Reports to: Athletic Director
