Janitor position

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
 

Must be able to learn, apply, and retain new techniques, concepts and procedures required for continuously improving service. Ability to safely and effectively complete work requests. Complete required Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning activities. Creates/maintains a safe work environment and practices safety for self and others at all times. Maintain flexibility to be able to move from work area to work area in order to meet the expectations of the customers and the hygiene goals for the plant. Able to work efficiently to establish standards without constant supervision. Promotes cooperation and "team oriented" work environment at all times under the direction of the leadership. Monitors Facility issues, such as paper, soap dispensers and escalate the Facilities Team leader to ensure they are brought back up within the service level target. Partner and cooperate with maintenance to ensure repairs are made. Able to follow standard work.
Basic Qualifications: Must have valid driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Must be legally authorized to work in the United States with out sponsorship No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Preferred Qualifications: Must be able to handle standing, twisting, pulling, motions for long periods exceeding 6 hours Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Attendance is required within Danfoss guidelines. Must be self-directed and be able to work with little supercision.
