Job Title: Warehouse Operator (forklift) – Day Shift- DIRECT HIRE

Schedule: Monday–Friday
 

About the Role:
We’re currently hiring a Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in  Tulsa. This is a day shift position with steady weekday hours and opportunities for overtime. As a Warehouse/Forklift Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient movement of goods—supporting both our customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:

Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently

Package, label, and prepare orders for delivery

Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks to move materials as needed

Maintain up-to-date inventory records in our ERP system

Perform daily cycle counts and participate in physical inventory

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse

Identify and separate outdated or damaged products

Follow company procedures for shipping, receiving, and inventory control

Assist with general warehouse duties and special projects as assigned

Be available for overtime as needed based on workload and shipping deadlines

Requirements:

Recent experience operating forklift in a warehouse environment
 distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Basic computer and math skills

Valid Driver's License

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
