**Job Title: 1st Shift - Warehouse** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate on the 1st Shift, working from Monday to Friday between 6 AM to 2:30 PM. Start times may vary based on daily delivery schedules, but rest assured, weekends are yours to enjoy. Our people are our most important asset, driving our growth and prosperity. **Responsibilities** + Pick orders based on pick sheets and prepare lifts. + Assist in the grooming process for a future warehouse manager role. + Pack rolls of insulation, ensuring proper preparation for shipping. + Perform simple mathematical calculations to fulfill orders accurately in square feet or pounds. + Handle materials weighing up to 45 lbs, ensuring safe and efficient operations. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in basic addition and subtraction. + Experience in warehouse operations. + Competency in picking and packing tasks. + Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RF Scanner technology. + Familiarity with inventory management. + Ability to lead a team and take on leadership roles. **Why Work Here** Join a smaller, locally operated warehouse that is part of a globally recognized industry leader. The shipping area features loading docks that allow cooler air in during winter, maintaining a comfortable working atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
