Our client, an Industrial leader, is seeking a 1st Shift Packer to join their team. As a Packer, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 1st Shift Packer

Location: York, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM

What's the Job?

Packing crackers or cookies off the assembly line in a timely manner. Working independently while being cross-trained on various assembly packing lines. Preparing packaging materials and packing finished products according to specifications. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment. Meeting varying production speeds and lifting requirements of up to 35 lbs.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. Ability to work in a fast-paced and repetitive work environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
