Our client is seeking a Shift Lead to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have Strong communication skills, along with leadership skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: 1st Shift Lead

Location: Midtown

Pay Range: $20-$22

1st Shift 6:30am - 4PM

 

What’s the Job?

Supervise daily manufacturing operations on the production floor. Ensure shift goals for production output, quality, and safety are met or exceeded. Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate technical problems as needed. Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in problem-solving activities. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the production

Previous lead experience in a manufacturing Environment Strong leadership skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Detailed Oriented Able to work weekends when needed
