Job Description

This position is responsible for inventory of all the farms that need feed delivery, as well as running the computer to make the feed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures. 

Operate the milling process at a feed mill to combine feed ingredients per a formula to provide a finish product for deliver to farms

Operate Computer to make feed, Must be able to use a computer.

Pellet Mills, Batching, receiving system and be able to multi task, Must work with dispatcher to insure feed being made is needed for hauling.

Accurate Inventories done by each shift is a requirement.  

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Must not be afraid of heights up to but not limited to 170’ climbs

Must be able to climb ladders

Must be able to bend, twist, stoop and reach

Must work well alone with limited help, must be able to lift bags up to 80 lb.

Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.

Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Tyson Foods.
