**Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting for 1st and 2nd shift CNC Machinists/Fabricators.** **Job Title:** CNC Machinist - Lamar, SC **Shifts & Pay:** + **1st Shift:** $18/hour + **2nd Shift:** $20/hour **Job Summary:** Olsten Staffing is currently recruiting experienced **CNC Machinists** in the Lamar, SC area. The Machinist will operate computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts with precision, ensuring all products meet specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include setting up machines, performing inspections, and making adjustments to maintain accuracy and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts + Set up machine parameters and adjust as needed for accuracy + Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents + Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify quality + Troubleshoot machine or process issues + Work with a variety of fabrication materials + Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + Minimum **2 years of CNC machining experience** + Strong fabrication skills with attention to detail and precision + Proficiency in CNC machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints + Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.) + Solid mathematical skills for precise measurements **Why Work with Olsten?** For over 60 years, Olsten Staffing has connected talented candidates with top employers.
