Spherion is hiring for 1st shift Assemblers in Burgettstown. The Assembler position pays $17 per hour working four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday and OT that is always available on Friday. In the Assembly role, your main responsibility will be to ensure windows are properly sealed for the finished products.

Job Description:

Assemblers will be responsible for properly sealing windows with rubber around the edges to ensure no material gets past the seal.

Responsibilities:

Use power and hand tools to assemble windows according to precise quality standardsConsistently meet daily production goals while maintaining a strong commitment to safetyParticipate in continuous improvement efforts by providing constructive feedbackEnsure a clean, organized, and safe work area through regular housekeepingProvide flexible support by assisting in other departments and working overtime to meet business needs

Education: No formal education required.

Experience: 6 months

Physical:

Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds

Skills:

Must be able to use hand and power tools efficientlyMust be able to work in a safe manner
