JOB SUMMARY:

The 1CALL Support Specialist works as a part of the 1CALL Center during their assigned shift. They interact with each functional group in the pod to ensure the Customer is receiving excellent support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer Customer calls and engage with other Team members to support each eventReport daily metrics to leadershipCustomer metricsPart statusService and technical issuesProperly identify AOG event and consult with lead to ensure Customer issue is resolved.Assist with issue resolutions regarding critical parts, technical items, or service challenge for each AOG event.Log information into CSINFO in an accurate and timely manner.Support the Fleet Program organization and any specific projects or objectives.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum of 2 years relative experience with Aviation logistics or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, minimum 4 years relevant Aviation logistics, such as, Avionics Technician, AP Mechanic, Field/Support Services, Aviation Customer Diagnostics Support at Textron Aviation or like-employer equivalent role required

QUALIFICATONS:

Must be confident working independently without daily supervisionAbility to anticipate customer’s needsDemonstrate dedication in meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGood computer skills with basic Microsoft Suite experienceExcellent customer service skills
