We are looking for a Digital Product Manager for an exciting and challenging position!
This is a full-time, Hybrid position in Haifa.
Responsibilities
Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and ongoing maintenance
Lead the development and optimization of digital products (Web, Mobile, Bots), ensuring a unified and consistent user experience
Drive the product definition process, including writing requirements and building product roadmaps
Collaborate closely with development, design, marketing, and customer service teams
Analyze user data and generate insights to improve and expand digital services
Identify new opportunities for advanced digital tools and services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration (with a specialization in Marketing or Information Systems) – must
At least 2 years of experience in managing digital products (web, mobile apps, and bots) in large organizations – must
Strong business acumen combined with technological understanding – must
Proven experience in managing complex processes and working with multiple stakeholders – must
Proficiency in digital analytics and monitoring tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) – an advantage
Excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a proactive, can-do attitude
