Lawton, OK, USA | SECRET | Full Time SGI Global is seeking 14G Air Defense Battle Management System Operator Instructors to provide AIT instruction for the U.S. Army at the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, on-site, non-personal services position supporting the Army's mission to train and certify new air defense operators. Key Responsibilities + Provide instruction on: + FAAD (Forward Area Air Defense) + AMDPCS (Air and Missile Defense Planning Control System) + ADAM Cell operations + Sentinel Radar systems + Army Battle Command Systems and simulation tools + Use Army POIs, training aids, and computer-based platforms + Conduct student assessments and provide remediation when required + Prepare lesson plans and maintain up-to-date instructional materials Minimum Qualifications + Graduate of the 14G MOS-producing course + Minimum 5 years of operational 14G experience + Active SECRET clearance required + U.S. citizenship Additional Requirements + Completion of/or ability to obtain: + Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Training Course (CTC) + ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) + 14G10 Instructor Certification + DoD/FCoE Cyber, OPSEC, AT Level I, and related trainings Preferred Experience + Prior experience teaching in a TRADOC or FCoE environment + Familiarity with Army Learning Model and instructor methodologies + Experience with hardware/software used in Air Defense mission planning SGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws .
