Lawton, OK, USA | SECRET | Full Time SGI Global is seeking experienced 14E Patriot Fire Control Enhanced Operator/Maintainer Instructors to support the U.S. Army's Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE), 30th Air Defense Artillery Brigade, located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. This is a full-time, on-site, position supporting critical Army training. Key Responsibilities + Provide classroom and hands-on instruction on systems such as: + Radar sets + Antenna mast groups + Engagement control stations + Power and environmental control equipment + Instruct using government-furnished training devices, POIs, and technical documentation + Administer written and practical exams; provide remediation as needed + Maintain training materials and adhere to FCoE and TRADOC standards Minimum Qualifications + Graduate of the 14E MOS course + At least 5 years of experience in the 14E MOS + Must hold an active SECRET clearance + Must be a U.S. Citizen Additional Requirements + Completion of/or ability to obtain: + Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC) or Cadre Training Course (CTC) + ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) + 14E10 Instructor Certification (if not already held) + Must meet Army instructor physical and conduct standards + Must complete required DoD/FCoE online trainings (Cyber, OPSEC, AT Level I, etc.) Preferred Experience + Prior Army instructor experience + Knowledge of TRADOC regulations and the Army Learning Model + Familiarity with Patriot system simulation and troubleshooting equipment SGI Global provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws .
