We are currently hiring a **Senior Recruiter** to support one of our global clients. This is a **fully remote role based in LATAM** , providing the flexibility to work from anywhere while delivering high-impact recruiting solutions.
**In this role, you’ll:**
+ Support **hourly hiring** across multiple business functions, ensuring fast and high-quality delivery of talent.
+ Build and maintain strong pipelines using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and local Brazilian recruiting channels.
+ Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver against high-volume hiring goals.
+ Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, track pipeline activity, and assist with reporting and documentation.
+ Provide an exceptional candidate experience while supporting diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
+ Communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and candidates in **Portuguese and English** .
**Required Skills & Experience:**
+ **3+ years** of experience in recruiting or sourcing, with a focus on **hourly or high-volume roles** .
+ **Fluency in Portuguese** and professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).
+ Proficiency in recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Willingness and ability to work onsite in a hybrid capacity as needed.
