We are currently seeking a Field Applications Specialist Flow Cytometry (maternity cover) who will be responsible for providing support for our Swedish flow cytometry customers including instrument training, customer demos and working with the country sales manager in attaining sales targets for Sweden, that drive significant impact to the organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Delivering customer satisfaction through complex Applications development, troubleshooting and diagnosis on bespoke Flow Cytometry systems.Providing training and guidance for customers and Beckman Coulter Sales/Applications Specialists.Pre-sales responsibilities including customer demonstrations, proactive protocol development.Accountable for a shared sales target for Life Science Flow Cytometry products.

The required qualifications for the Job include:

Educated to a minimum of BSc standard, or equivalent, in a biological or related subject.Significant experience working within a Flow Cytometry laboratory.Knowledge in clinical Haematology and Immunology is desirable.Must have a valid driver’s license.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Fluent in Swedish and English (both oral and written).Previous experience of training within a diagnostic or life science company would be desirable.
