What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine sampling and testing of aggregate materials to ensure compliance with quality standardsMaintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to plant and quality teamsCalibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performanceAssist in troubleshooting material quality issues and implementing corrective actionsSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and plant performance

Work Environment
This role is based at an aggregate plant and involves both indoor laboratory work and outdoor fieldwork. The position requires the ability to work in varying weather conditions and around heavy equipment, with appropriate safety protocols in place.
