The International Customer Relationship Manager - Barcel ROW is responsible for building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships with key international clients across the Australia region. This role requires a deep understanding of diverse market needs, cultural sensitivities, and complex global customer dynamics. The ICRM serves as a bridge between regional customer bases and internal departments to ensure a consistent and world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow relationships with key global accounts in Australia. Act as a strategic advisor and liaison between the company and multinational clients. Ensure a consistent and personalized customer experience globally. Coordinate with regional sales and support teams to align efforts across time zones and languages. Analyze international customer data and trends to inform retention strategies. Develop customized plans for customer success and growth based on regional needs. Resolve escalated issues while maintaining high satisfaction levels across markets. Lead quarterly business reviews and client performance meetings with stakeholders. Maintain accurate, up-to-date global CRM records and performance metrics.
