Barcel is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Planning Supervisor to join our dynamic Supply Chain team. This role is critical in managing inventory levels, supplier performance, and production planning across Barcel’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate is agile, solution-driven, and passionate about logistics excellence, with a strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and continuously seek improvements in planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and manage production and inventory replenishment plans to meet demand and service targets

-Foster strong communication and collaboration with Logistics, Sales, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams across the U.S. and Mexico

-Monitor inventory levels, including out-of-stock and overstock analysis, and develop actionable plans

-Utilize and manage WMS, MRP and ERP systems effectively

-Design and maintain Supply Planning KPIs to track and improve performance metrics

-Drive customer satisfaction through logistics and service excellence

-Provide recommendations for process improvements and develop scalable planning models

-Collaborate with manufacturing plants in Mexico, demonstrating full proficiency in Spanish to ensure effective communication and operational alignment

-Assist in problem-solving initiatives, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions

-Support additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Supply Planning Manager
