Principal Responsibilities:
•Preparation for trial production of YZ phase II, including cold commissioning and hot commissioning
•Trial production operation of YZ phase II
•Formal production operation of YZ phase II
•Production operations at YZ factory
• Operate various chemical processing equipment such as reactors, mixers, distillation columns, and pumps according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
•Fulfill HSE-S responsibilities in accordance with the HSE-S Responsibility Commitment
• Comply with the company's policies and disciplinary requirements, and lead the department's safety work
•Actively participate in safety, quality, and efficiency related training organized by the company at all levels
• In the workplace, according to company requirements, wear personal protective equipment and ensure proper labor protection
• Familiar with all processes of liquid and solid chemical production, proficient in label posting or replacement procedures, complete production feeding (solid/liquid), production equipment operation, sample sampling and delivery, as well as the skills required for each process of product canning, packaging, and production equipment cleaning according to SOP and WI process guidelines;
•Verify the construction pipeline based on PID
• Check for missing items in on-site operations according to the process flow and provide feedback
•Participate in the trial production and subsequent production operations of the Phase II project
•Provide suggestions and share operational experience for production process adjustments
• Provide support for training new employees
•Lead the development or updating of production related documents such as safety operating procedures
•Participate in department personnel management
•Able to receive external training on forklifts and obtain certification
• Other matters assigned by the company and superiors
Required Skills:
•Bachelor's degree or above. Chemical related majors
•Having work experience in the chemical industry, preferably in fine chemical production
• 4+ years of related experience required
• Have experience in lean production
• Experience in trial production of new project
