What You'll Be Doing

Operate heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and crushers to process recycled aggregatesMonitor and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operationPerform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machineryAssist with material handling, stockpiling, and loadout operationsFollow safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times

Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial settingStrong awareness of safety procedures and commitment to safe work practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsWillingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background checkSome positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
