What You'll Be Doing

Helping around the aggregates plant with cleaning up, greasing and light maintenance tasks.Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Support the team in various tasks to maintain efficient operations.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

What Are We Looking For

Competency in operating and maintaining heavy equipment.Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.Ability to work independently and collaboratively.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Adaptability to changing work conditions and tasks.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
