We're looking for a skilled Quarry Truck Driver to join our team in Thornton, IL. You’ll play a vital role in safely and efficiently transporting materials within our active quarry site. Key Responsibilities:

Operate 45–65 ton haul trucks to move rock and raw materials on sitePerform daily equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenanceFollow site-specific safety procedures and reporting protocolsWork in coordination with loaders, crushers, and site supervisors to maintain flowOperate other heavy equipment as needed (dozers, loaders, water trucks)

Qualifications:

Experience operating heavy equipment preferred; quarry or construction background a plusStrong commitment to workplace safety and awareness of hazardous environmentsAbility to work in all weather conditions and navigate rough terrainHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable transportation to and from the site

Schedule & Compensation:

Hourly wage: $30–$33+, based on experienceSchedule: Monday–Friday (some Saturday shifts during peak season)Union benefits (if applicable): medical, dental, vision, pension, vacation, paid holidays
