**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Perform routine and specialized testing of aggregate materials to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain accurate records of test results and communicate findings to production teams
+ Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure reliable performance
+ Assist with troubleshooting material quality issues and recommend corrective actions
+ Follow all safety protocols and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
+ Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
+ Familiarity with lab equipment and basic testing methods (training provided)
+ Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
