**Job Summary** We are seeking a seasoned DX Product Manager with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AGILE methodologies and Product Backlog Management. Experience in Retail Banking is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving product development and ensuring alignment with business goals. Role: Product Manager Location: Charlotte, NC - This is a Hybrid Role. Experience: 11 - 13 Years Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $130,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law. **Responsibilities** + Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Oversee the AGILE process facilitating sprints and ensuring efficient backlog management. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy. + Provide clear and actionable product requirements to the development team. + Ensure timely delivery of product features by managing and prioritizing the product backlog. + Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions. + Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure product success. + Drive continuous improvement in product development processes. + Monitor product performance and implement necessary improvements. + Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth project execution. + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in product development. + Conduct regular product reviews and provide updates to senior management. + Utilize domain knowledge in Retail Banking to enhance product offerings. Qualifications + Demonstrate expertise in AGILE methodologies and Product Backlog Management. + Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Show experience in Retail Banking is a plus. + Display ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. + Prove capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. + Demonstrate proficiency in using product management tools. **Certifications Required** Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent AGILE certification.
