**Job Summary** We are looking for a talented Digital Analyst to join our team specializing in reporting analysis measurement testing and optimization. A successful candidate will possess extensive experience with the Adobe ecosystem utilizing tools such as Adobe Analytics Adobe Warehouse Adobe Target Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Adobe Commerce and others Location: Dallas, TX Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $130,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law. **Responsibilities** + Analyze website traffic user behavior and conversion data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. + Design and maintain Adobe reports and dashboards to track KPIs business trends and other significant metrics. + Experience in Cross- channel Analysis Data integration for comprehensive Analysis Journey Mapping and Segmentation. + Provide tagging requirements to the implementation team. + Develop measurement plans and oversee data quality processes. + Perform thorough analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions. + Coordinate implement and analyze A/B tests and personalized experiences within Adobe Target. + Align with business on test objectives identify target audiences and suggest variations for testing. + Monitor and analyze test results to identify winning variations and enhance future campaigns. + Stay up to date with the latest best practices and features within Adobe Target and the broader digital marketing field. + Continuously improve the effectiveness of personalization and optimization programs. + Identify and implement opportunities for operational excellence and process optimization in analytics and data management. **Certifications Required** + Expert in Adobe Analytics and knowledge of web analysis and user behavior tracking. + Experience analyzing and reporting on B2C ecommerce products. + Experience with A/B testing and personalization Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
