Role: .Net Team Lead

Location: Warsaw, Poland (2 days onsite/week)

Contract: 12 months+ Extendable

Skills:

Must-have technical skills include:

C#, .NET Core, EF Core, algorithms and data structures, Azure (including services like Blob Storage and Key Vault), MongoDB, PostgreSQL/MS SQL Server, REST API design, unit testing, Docker/Kubernetes, microservices, Git, developer tools (VS Code, Visual Studio). A strong understanding of clean code principles and web application design is required.

Preferred qualifications:

experience leading development teams (1-2 years), familiarity with frontend frameworks (React preferred), and exposure to AI technologies, including Azure OpenAI and Elastic. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field.
