Integral Federal is seeking a skilled Mid-Level ASP.NET Full Stack Developer to support the Enterprise Interment Services System (EISS) program, a mission-critical web-based application supporting Arlington National Cemetery and other U.S. Army cemeteries. The developer will work as part of an Agile DevSecOps team to enhance, maintain, and modernize a secure .NET-based system deployed in AWS GovCloud.
This role requires a balance of hands-on coding, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and participation in full lifecycle development, from design through deployment and monitoring.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications using C#/.NET Core, Blazor, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.Collaborate with business analysts and testers to refine user stories and deliver functionality aligned with mission needs.Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and DevSecOps workflows.Support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, contributing to automated build, test, and deployment workflows.Troubleshoot and resolve production and UAT defects.Follow secure coding standards and perform peer code reviews. QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience4–7 years of experience in software development, including full-stack .NET web developmentProficiency in C#, .NET Core, SQL Server, RESTful APIsExperience with Blazor and JavaScript/TypeScriptExperience with AngularJS (legacy frontend framework)Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git repositories, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environmentAbility to work effectively and collaboratively with minimal directionStrong verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; active Secret clearance is preferredMust be able to obtain a Security+ certification within 3 months of start date; active Security+ is preferred
Preferred:
Experience with AWSExperience with secure software development and static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube)Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity standards, and RMF/ATO processesPrior experience supporting Army or DoD applicationsExperience with test automation frameworks (e.g., NUnit, Cypress)AWS Certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
