About the Role

We are looking for a Mid-level .NET Developer with solid experience in building and supporting e-commerce platforms. In this role, you will work on developing high-performance web applications, integrating third-party services, and ensuring seamless online shopping experiences for our customers. You’ll collaborate with senior developers, designers, and QA engineers while having ownership of specific modules and features.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain ASP.NET Core / MVC-based e-commerce applications. Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for payment gateways, logistics, and third-party services. Work with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ for database design and optimization. Support front-end developers by integrating back-end services with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or similar). Ensure application security, scalability, and performance for high-traffic e-commerce platforms. Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues with minimal downtime. Collaborate with senior developers on architectural improvements and with junior developers for mentoring.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 3–5 years of experience as a .NET Developer, preferably in e-commerce or web applications. Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, MVC, C#, and .NET Framework. Experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, and LINQ. Familiarity with front-end integration (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and a modern framework). Hands-on experience with API development and integration. Good understanding of web security practices (e.g., protecting customer and transaction data). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative team environments.

 

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. Azure). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins). Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Experience with headless commerce or ERP/CRM integrations is a plus.
