**Job Summary** We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in PostgreSQL Amazon QuickSight Node.js Angular 13-16 and .Net Core. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining software solutions that drive our business forward. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using PostgreSQL Amazon QuickSight Node.js Angular 13-16 and .Net Core. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Design and implement scalable and efficient database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL. + Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight. + Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js to support front-end functionalities. + Build and maintain user interfaces with Angular 13-16 ensuring a seamless user experience. + Implement and maintain backend services using .Net Core ensuring high performance and responsiveness. + Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices. + Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. + Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. + Contribute to the overall success of the team by achieving project milestones and delivering high-quality software solutions. **Qualifications** + Must have strong experience with PostgreSQL for database design and query optimization. + Must have expertise in creating dashboards and reports using Amazon QuickSight. + Must have proficiency in server-side development with Node.js. + Must have experience in building user interfaces with Angular 13-16. + Must have solid knowledge of backend development using .Net Core. + Nice to have experience with agile development methodologies. + Nice to have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Nice to have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. + Nice to have a proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies. **Certifications Required** + AWS Certified Developer Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
