Work You’ll Do


Deloitte is seeking a Lead Developer (.NET) who is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using the Microsoft .NET framework. This role combines technical expertise, leadership, and project management skills to deliver high-quality applications and guide a team of developers.


Technical Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers.
Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure adherence.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Solution Design & Development
Architect, design, and develop scalable .NET applications (web, desktop, or cloud).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed.

Project Management
Estimate development effort and manage timelines.
Track progress and report status to project managers or stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate technical risks


Quality Assurance
Ensure application security, performance, and reliability.
Oversee unit testing, integration testing, and deployment processes.

Continuous Improvement
Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.
Recommend and implement process improvements

Qualifications

Required: 

7+ years of professional experience as a software developer specifically with Microsoft .Net technologiesProficient working within .Net frameworksProficient in SLDC methodologiesProficient within PEMS (provider enrollment and management systems)Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology information or relevant industryLimited immigration sponsorship may be availableAbility to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
