**.NET Developer** **Location** – Remote **Responsibilities:** 1. **Software Development:** 2. Adhering to defined standards and design principles. o Implement design, develop high quality code, and maintain software applications using C#, .Net core, GO, Kafka, API, Mongo DB/SQL. + Unit test the solution using XUnit. + Perform code review with Peer /Architect team. + Implement and manage ServiceNow ITSM solutions. + Ensure the software meets performance, quality, and security standards. 1. **Monitoring and Troubleshooting:** 2. Utilize Splunk, Dynatrace, and other monitoring tools to ensure system reliability and performance. 3. Identify and resolve software issues and bugs promptly. 4. **Stakeholder Communication:** 5. Collaborate with project managers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. 6. Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders. 7. **Ticket and Request Management:** 8. Respond to and resolve tickets and requests in a timely manner in ServiceNow & JIRA 9. Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions. 10. **Team Collaboration:** 11. Collaborate closely with other developers, QA teams, and IT staff to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. 12. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. 13. **Continuous Improvement:** 14. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. o Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. + Minimum of 8 - 10yrs years of experience in software development. + Proficiency in .NET Core, C#, MongoDB, API, KAFKA, XUnit, GITLAB, JIRA, GO Lang and POSTMAN Tool. + Experience with ServiceNow ITSM. + Knowledge of Splunk, Dynatrace, Service now and other monitoring tools is an added advantage. + Strong critical thinking skills and diligence. + Excellent communication and people skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Experience in the healthcare industry. · Certifications in relevant technologies. **Salary and Other Compensation:** **Applications will be accepted till 8/1/2025** The annual salary for this position is between $60,000 to $93,500 and depends on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
