**Description** SAIC is hiring a **.NET Developer** located in Pensacola, FL. This position will be supporting Training & Education Management Systems for Naval Education and Training Command (NETC). The roles primary focus is with Naval Education and Training Future Officer and Citizenship User System (NETFOCUS). **The .NET Developer Will Require:** + Develop applications in ASP.NET Webforms and ASP.NET MVC using the Microsoft Visual Studio 2016 (or later) product suite and C# and Visual Basic programming languages + Develop Graphical User Interface (GUI) utilizing HTML5 standard for page structure, CSS and Bootstrap for styling, certain client-side technologies for efficiency such as JavaScript and jQuery + Experience developing websites + Experience with developing in Salesforce (Apex) + Maintain existing web applications to include troubleshooting of web servers, programming changes, database structures, performance monitoring, and associated documentation + Support end users, troubleshoots workflow problems, creates ad hoc queries, analyzes and modifies data when necessary **Qualifications** **Required Experience, Certification, and Education:** + Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science, from an **ABET accredited** or **NCAE-C** designated institution - or - two (2) years of experience with a CSSLP, GSEC, or CISSP-ISSAP - or - previous DoD/Military course completion of M09CVQ1, M03385G, M10395B, M223854, or M0923W1 **Required Skills:** + Web programming and support experience using web development tools (e.g., Microsoft Visual Studio’s .NET C# & Visual Basic, JavaScript, Apex) to develop, modify, and maintain software. Tasks include software coding and compilation, deployment, documentation, testing, and maintenance **Additional Desired Certifications:** + AWS Cloud Practitioner certification **Clearance Required:** + Must have a Secret security clearance.
