The main tasks will be Participate in local events across Mexico career fairs lectures webinars on-site and remote events etc Understand and participate in full life-cycle recruiting processes for local or remote positions as per companys demand Conduct intake sessions with Hiring Managers to align profile and recruiting process Post positions in Recruiting Management ATS tool and other available tools e.g. universities job boards Administrate all the stages of the recruiting processes through RCM system Help create and take care of candidate pipeline pre-screen CVs phone screen candidates extend verbal job offers and process formal offers Support Hiring Managers and candidates with questions regarding recruiting process Support University Ambassadors groups in Mexico Assist with sourcing efforts via LinkedIn campus newsletter etc What you bring Were looking for someone who takes initiative perseveres and stay curious.
