Job Summary:

Onin Staffing is hiring for a client in the Albuquerque area! We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Bag Operator to join the production team on the 2nd shift. You’ll be responsible for operating bagging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities:Operate bagging machines and related equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as neededLoad materials into machines and ensure proper alignmentInspect finished bags for quality, weight, and seal integrityRecord production data and report any issues to supervisorsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipmentFollow all safety guidelines and company proceduresQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredPrevious experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsBasic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBenefits:Competitive hourly wage of $16.50Opportunities for overtimeHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOn-the-job training and advancement opportunities
