【西神品質管理部/Organization Overview】

高品質な製品を安定的に供給するために、高い専門性を礎として受入検査並びに品質試験に使用する機器及びシステムの管理業務（導入、維持管理、廃棄）を実施します

【職務/Job Responsibilities】

・製品資材、注射剤及び固形製剤の品質管理、分析試験（資材検査、理化学試験、微生物試験）に使用する機器及びシステムのクオリフィケーション、メンテナンス、故障修理業者対応およびリタイアメントの関わる業務

・品質管理の機器及びシステムに関わる手順、記録等の作成及び照査

・逸脱、トラブルに対する調査及び問題解決策の提案・実施

・変更管理

・新規機器及びシステム導入に伴う米国本社・海外製造所との協働

・部内における業務品質及び生産性改善活動

・グローバル・ローカルプロジェクトのリード・参画

・その他、品質管理の機器及びシステムの予算も含めた管理業務

（Sr Managerの場合は上記に加えてチーム管理、人財育成も含む）

【必須要件/Mandatory Requirements】

・（医薬品・医療機器・化粧・化学業界にて）3年程度又はそれ以上の品質管理・分析業務試験（理化学試験・微生物試験）又は試験に使用する機器又はシステムの管理業務

・理系の大学卒以上

・日本語 Fluent Level

<Organization Overview>

We Seishin QC complete testing/inspection at the right time with safety first and quality always for stable supply of high-quality products. The Equipment Team is one of the teams in Seishin QC that supports the Testing Team through the management of laboratory equipment and systems.

<Job Responsibilities>

・Responsibilities related to the qualification, maintenance, vendor coordination for repairs, and retirement of equipment and systems used in quality control and analytical testing (including material inspection, physicochemical testing, and microbiological testing) for product materials, injectables, and solid dosage forms

・Preparation and review of procedures, records, and other documentation related to quality control equipment and systems

・Investigation and resolution of deviations and issues, including proposing and implementing corrective actions

・Change control management

・Collaboration with the U.S. headquarters and overseas manufacturing sites for the introduction of new equipment and systems

・Initiatives to improve work quality and productivity within the department

・Leading or participating in global and local projects

・Overall management of quality control equipment and systems, including budgeting

・Other activities related to Lab equipment/System

(for Sr Manager, team management and people development are also included in addition to the above.)

<Mandatory requirements>

・3 or more years of experience in quality control or analytical testing (physicochemical or microbiological testing), or in the management of Lab equipment or systems used for such testing, preferably in the pharmaceutical, medical device, cosmetics, or chemical industries

・Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field

・Japanese communication skill: Fluent

・English communication skill

・From the perspective of employee well-being and productivity, Lilly has established a commuting distance and time limit policy. Specifically, the maximum allowable commuting distance is within 90 km and commuting time should not exceed 90 min from candidates nearest station to the workplace using the cheapest public transportation route. If candidates live further away than the above range, they will generally be required to relocate to a location within commuting distance (rented company housing may be provided). 支給時期は、営業職は9月および翌年3月に支給、非営業職は翌年3月に支給。

【勤務時間】8：45～17：30

【時間外手当】”担当職”のみ支給

【清算制フレックス勤務】適応あり。フレキシブルタイム：5時～22時内で勤務。（ただし、一斉休憩を除く）1日の必要最低労働時間：4時間（半日休暇時は2時間）一斉休憩：12時～13時
