You’ll make an impact by

As a technical engineer of SMVS Vacuum Interrupter

Taking full responsibility of Vacuum Interrupter from product technical point of view. Such as material problem, deviation evaluation, parts production, assembly including routine testing problems.  Taking support function of Vacuum Interrupter new product introduction, technical evaluation, production problem solving and so on

As a project manager of Vacuum Interrupter parts localization project

Taking full responsibility of Vacuum Interrupter parts localization project, which including the new parts development and second source development.Taking full responsibility of parts release from Siemens parts release process point of view, including sample test plan, sample release, small batch production and final release.Taking full responsibility for project time scheduling, risk management, problem solving, test object preparation, verification test and so on.Taking support function of supplier development & evaluated together with procurement &SQE & VI operation to increase the resilience of VI supplier chain.Maintain good cooperation of all related colleagues in cross function during the new parts introduction, such as production line, quality team, industry engineer team, purchasing team and so on.

Your defining qualities

Bachelor’s degree and above in Material Engineering, better in Material Forming and Control EngineeringAt least 1 year working experience in manufacturing industry with project management. Better in medium voltage electrical industry.R&D experience is preferred.Good knowledge in Vacuum Interrupter, such as high voltage & insulation requirement, material requirement and so onGood knowledge in Vacuum Interrupter manufacturing, such as parts surface treatment, vacuum brazing, routine test and so onBasic knowledge project management in regards team cooperation, project risk management, conflict management and problem solving.Good communication in English, both oral & written. At least CET4
