職責(Job Responsibilities)
アカウントマネージャーとして主にSMEマーケット開拓による法人契約を獲得するビジネスを担当します。
主な業務の一つはplaying managerとして九州地区福岡支店が保有する直扱い契約の更改アップセル・クロスセルなど保険募集活動に自ら関わると同時に、営業社員の育成・サポート・帯同・管理業務を行います。保険商品も多岐に及びますので、生損保問わず他社の商品知識も身につき、専門的なリスクコンサルティングで、潜在リスクの洗い出しを含め、適切なリスク対策の組み合わせをお客さまごとに提案します。
また営業社員の育成・指導にも携わります。見込み先へのアプローチ話法や商談の工夫を含め、営業社員に企業への適切な情報提供、企画・提案力を指導します。
