Mission

Execution of complex value-oriented expert services for customers defined in the global product catalogue in accordance with company methods, regulations and guidelines.

You’ll make an impact by

Deliver standard accounting services by processing Closing & Reporting service daily tasks and solve C&R related issues in compliance with ISA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.Perform month end closing and management reporting in time and in quality. Provide expertise to customers to implement CF reporting requirement and local reporting requirements.Communication with headquarters, Support customers and internal/external partners on a professional level: To advice customer regarding service-related topics in the languages of customers and help customer to find the solution. To discuss, share or explain the specific information to internal/external contacts, including Controller/Commercial of OC/BU, GL accountant of OC/BU, Corp Finance / Group Accounting, IT, Internal/external Auditor etc.Provide project support, e.g., Automation and optimization Project.Work with other functions to resolve issues in a timely manner Any other ad hoc assignment as required, e.g., Conduct training courses to internal/ external party.

Your defining qualities

closing and reporting experience or financial analysis related experience.  More than 2 accounting functions and accounting relevant projects experiences is preferred. Audit experience and S4 HANA experience is a plus. Sufficient Spiridon, Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines (FRG) for relevant area and knowledge about IFRS consolidation & reporting, PRC consolidation & reporting, Tax Accounting. SAP (other ERP system where applicable) skills preferred.Closing cockpit or smart close expertise is preferred.Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and competing priorities.A proven track record of working with large datasets and applying statistical methods to solve complex financial problems is preferred. Bachelor or comparable educational background in accounting or related majors. Financial certificate e.g., CPA, ACCA, etc. preferred.Professional knowledge in general accounting and financeGood communication skills in written English.Be familiar with digital tools is preferred such as Power BI, Mendix, Uipath, etc.Ownership mindset, solve problems proactively and are used to presenting problems with a solution.Always customer orientation and service attitude.Learning mindset is willing to study new technology to enhance working efficiency.Can deal with working pressure.Analysis route cause of problem and know how to find resource to solve problem Understanding business strategy and needs preferred.Process automation solutions/improvements is preferred.Data analytics skill is preferred.Data visualization and reporting skills to drive business insights, incl. Tableau, Qliksense, etc. is preferred.Continuously review and evaluate existing accounting processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging accounting technologies, recommending and implementing appropriate solutions to streamline operations. Process automation solutions/improvements is preferred.
